Brewed with German malted barley and German roasted barley. Krausened and patiently lagered for 6 weeks. Notes of bittersweet mocha chocolate and light roasted malt. Complete and clean.


German-Style Bock

6.3% ABV

Lagered for a long period. Lager of the times. Sassafras with a little grapevine malty quality. Complete and clean.


DDH American Pale Ale

5.2% ABV

Brewed with Pilsner malt and a nice dose of wheat. Strata and Comet are used in both the kettle and copious amount are added to the dry hop. Notes of papaya, guava, and resiny citrus.


German-style Smoked Helles

4.8% ABV

Notes of smoked honey and graham cracker, morning forest, and campfire memories rounded out by whispers of noble hops and a clean, subtle bitterness that lasts through the palate. Krausened and lagered for a long period.


Dry-hopped Kellerbier

4.8% ABV

Brewed with German Malted Barley, Atlanta water, our house lager yeast, and copiously dry-hopped with a variety of continental hops. Fermented at a higher temp and lagered for a short period. Fresh floral hop zip, smooth bitterness, and a subtle honey like malt quality.


House Table Beer with Aged Hops

3.8% ABV

Old World Table Beer brewed with pilsner malt, spelt, and fresh
continental hops and 10 year old aged whole cone hops. highly
drinkable farmhouse table beer with a clean saison yeast character
with the aged hops delivering most of the farmhouse. a crushable beer
with a balanced bitterness.


House BE Pale Ale

Our beloved House pale ale brewed with a variety of Belgian yeasts and continental hops. Highly drinkable with a refreshing citrus character.
