We had the pleasure of visiting Germany during hop selection for this year’s crop and fell in love with the Hallertau Blanc there. This is our Hallertau Blanc forward German-Style Helles, krausened and lagered for a long period.
Brewed with German malted barley and German roasted barley. Krausened and patiently lagered for 6 weeks. Notes of bittersweet mocha chocolate and light roasted malt. Complete and clean.

Brewed with German Malted Barley, Atlanta water, our house lager yeast, and copiously dry-hopped with a variety of continental hops. Fermented at a higher temp and lagered for a short period. Fresh floral hop zip, smooth bitterness, and a subtle honey like malt quality.
Settings is our American Wheat Pale Ale brewed with malted barley and spelt. We change the hops composition from time to time, like revising code to be more elegant, or moving the furniture around. This revision was hopped copiously with Centennial, Amarillo, and Mosaic and then dry-hopped with Centennial, Amarillo, Mosaic, and Citra.
Smooth, clean, and refreshing with a slight malty sweetness expressed by subtle honey and graham cracker. Select continental hops from Seitzfarm round out the maltiness with hints of tangerine, grapefruit, and wisps of fennel accompanied by a pleasant light bitterness.
