We carefully blended oak barrels of farmhouse city beer with young saison brewed with Atlanta water and aged hops. This blend is soft and fresh with notes of lemon peel, hints of floral hops, and a subtle structure from our oak barrels.


German-Style Pilsner

4.9% ABV

Brewed with German Malted Barley, German Hops, and Atlanta Water. A portion of freshly fermenting lager was added to extend the finish and provide a gentle, natural carbonation. We then conditioned in a lagering tank for 2 additional months for further refinement. A gentle cloud of foam, elegant malt character, and a suave bitterness 🙂


American Pale Ale

4.5% ABV

American Pale Ale dry-hopped with Citra, Amarillo, Mosaic, & Simcoe.


German-Style Pilsner

4.8%% ABV

ADA is our German pilsner brewed with German pilsner malt and German Hops. Notes of tangerine citrus and subtle floral hops compliment our house lager yeast. Ada is unfiltered and lagered for a long period.


Unfiltered Hybrid Lager

4.8% ABV

Unfiltered hybrid lager brewed with German pilsner, German hops, with a pronounced yeast expression with notes of pear and pomme fruit.


American Spelt Pale Ale

American Wheat Pale Ale

5.2% ABV

Settings is our American Wheat Pale Ale brewed with American malted barley and spelt.  We change the hops composition from time to time, like revising code to be more elegant, or moving the furniture around.  This revision (3) was hopped copiously with Citra, Mosaic, and Strata.


Table Beer with Aged Hopes

3.8% ABV

Old World Table Beer brewed with pilsner malt, spelt, and fresh
continental hops and 10 year old aged whole cone hops. highly
drinkable farmhouse table beer with a clean saison yeast character
with the aged hops delivering most of the farmhouse. a crushable beer
with a balanced bitterness.


German-style Helles

4.8% ABV

METRIC is our Unfiltered German Style Helles Lager.
Crisp, clean, refreshing with a slight malty sweetness expressed by subtle honey and graham
cracker notes from the german pilsner malt base. noble hops help
round out the maltiness with floral and light citrus notes accompanied
by a light bitterness.
